Bootcamp is back at Coach House Fitness and we’re excited to launch our next programme starting on 27th April.
After the success of our previous Bootcamps, we’re bringing it back for another six-week block designed to help you build momentum, improve your fitness and see real results in a supportive group environment. Whether you’re looking to kickstart your training, get back into a routine, or push yourself to the next level, Bootcamp is built to help you do exactly that.
Over the six weeks you’ll take part in three one-hour
sessions per week, with workouts designed to challenge you while still being
suitable for a range of fitness levels. The sessions are high-energy,
motivating and a great way to train alongside others who are all working
towards similar goals.
Alongside the training sessions, you’ll also receive before
and after body composition testing, a group consultation, and nutritional
guidance to help support your progress throughout the programme. We’ll also
keep you accountable with ongoing support to make sure you stay on track from
start to finish.
Bootcamp is open to both members and non-members, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us or trying something new, this is a great opportunity to get involved and experience the Coach House Fitness community.
Our previous Bootcamps have filled up quickly and spaces are limited, so if you’re thinking about joining this one we’d recommend securing your spot early.
