Back By Popular Demand: Bootcamp Kicks Off Again This September

Following the success of the first Bootcamp earlier this year, Coach House Fitness will run its second six-week Bootcamp programme starting 15th September 2025.

Designed to deliver noticeable results in a short timeframe, the programme will focus on helping participants lose weight, build strength, and improve overall fitness through structured training, nutrition support, and ongoing accountability.

The Coach House Fitness bootcamp package offers a high-support approach to training, with participants attending three one-hour sessions per week. A group consultation at the start of the programme will help each participant set clear, personal goals. Progress will be tracked through before-and-after body composition testing, while personalised macro calculations and tailored nutritional guidance will ensure training is supported by the right fuel.

The previous bootcamp delivered impressive results, with participants reporting significant improvements in fitness, body composition, and motivation.
